I made mine with silicone mats and cut out some circles so it would fit into my cookie cutter.

Bake for about 40 minutes, and then remove from the oven.

You don’t want the dough to brown too much, as that will make it difficult to spread the spice mixture.

You could also add some fresh cinnamon and peppermint to the mixture, but I didn’t use any of that.
